CoachHub is looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager. If you're passionate about marketing efficiency, love delivering high-impact global initiatives and want to develop your career in an award-winning, fast-growing company - read on: THE ROLE: reporting to our VP of Revenue Operations, this is a newly-created, full-time, senior role in our growing RevOps team. The role can be based remotely from your location within the GMT-4 (East Coast USA) to GMT+8 (Singapore) time zones. Please note that only applicants with valid work permits for their respective location will be considered. YOUR MISSION:

  • Support CoachHub's growth and success by partnering with our global Marketing and RevOps teams to champion a revenue-based approach for our global Marketing strategy and operations.
  • Become a trusted partner to our global Marketing department, providing the highest quality of service and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to deliver complex, high-impact strategic initiatives.
  • Implement tools, solutions and processes that enhance the effectiveness of our global Marketing functions.
  • Design and deliver bold, pragmatic, data-driven solutions for optimizing our Marketing ROI, forecasting, budget allocation, performance and efficiency.
  • Support our VP of Revenue Operations in building the foundations of a brand new department - including how we structure, organize and grow our team.
  • Build and maintain a Marketing knowledge base, ensuring all definitions, common information, processes, pipeline stages are properly understood and shared.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing strategy and/or marketing operations roles;
  • Industry experience within B2B SaaS/HR tech or related experience within management consulting or investment banking;
  • You're a strategic and analytical thinker with a data-driven, result-oriented and solution-focussed working style;
  • You possess exceptional commercial acumen and are able to quickly define and assess market potential, and identify key parameters that lead to desired results;
  • You enjoy collaborating and building relationships cross-functionally with teams and individuals at multiple levels of an organization, creating alignment, breaking silos, fostering consensus and driving business results;
  • You have a strong track record with highly complex project management and delivery in an international context involving many stakeholders;
  • You thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, deadline-driven environments thanks to your agility, exceptional organizational skills and capacity to execute;
  • You're an effective, persuasive communicator with excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English.
OPTIONAL / NICE-TO-HAVE:
  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot Marketing suite
