The primary objective of Sales Strategy & Operations manager is to drive strategic sales programs across 13 countries in the Asia Pacific region. You will maintain updated data records on the status of go-to-market across countries – relating to go-to-market headcount, sales pipeline and sales performance. You will engage our global Sales Strategy & Operations team to understand the new programs being launched – the why, the what and the how; and then break it down for the countries in Asia Pacific and help them to execute; and report back on progress of strategy execution to the team in Group. Apart from Group driven programs you will analyse performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and initiate regional strategic programs. You will also take the lead in supporting internal events such as sales kick-offs – help prepare content and presentations for such events. This role requires working closely with the go-to-market field force, their sales manager, and leaders to ensure adoption of NTT Ltd. global standards – use the right sales vocabulary, the prescribed methodologies and frameworks, and global toolsets to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
