Analyse operations dashboards and provide business analysis used to drive change and business decisions
Provide support for remote locations for process training and troubleshooting
Perform process audit
Assist with ongoing operational projects
Transport lane spent analysis and improvement
Ensuring and monitoring monthly invoices reaching internal systems and are paid on time using the correct invoicing requirements.
Process Improvement Support
Identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
Assist with testing, debugging and analysis
Create and maintain process documentation
Assist with global process rollout and SOP updates
Proficient in Excel Macro and basic programming.
Asset Management Support
Provide cycle count training to new locations and assist with initial count setup
Perform cycle count variance audit
Inventory locator creation, maintenance and documentation
Monitor inventory management dashboards, provide analysis and recommendations
Your Background
Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
3+ years working experience in logistics or warehouse environment
3+ years of experience optimising supply chain processes to meet end customer SLA
Experience with asset management or inventory control
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Visio or any similar workflow tool
Experience with data analysis
Experience with process improvement
Potential travel to other APAC countries, for project rollouts
