It also requires good independent judgement, readiness to attend to urgencies and performing related reporting as per Management requirement.How you will do it:Logistics / Transportation Damage and Claim Follow up

• Check and follow up internally based on the freight forwarder/logistics providers updates on the open damage/claims shipments issued by GLSC

Reporting

• Collecting shipment reports as per GLSC Management requirement from Global Freight Forwarder for all GLSC lanes
• Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of Global Freight Forwarder service providers

Global Logistics Spend Analysis and Reporting

• Global Logistics Monthly Spend Analysis collecting SOA from all global provider and analyse logistics spending based on latest FY\xe2\x80\x9924 ocean rate

Freight Management Tool

• Support on project preparation for freight management launch
• Support on preparing internal and external training material
• Support in updating business requirement based on global updates
• Support to co-ordinate the internal and external user application

What we look for:

• At least Diploma in Business, Logistics Management or any related fields
• At least 5 years working experience in supply chain related industry
• Preferably SAP or any other ERP system
• Microsoft Office skillset
• English, and preferably Chinese and/or Japanese
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication Skills
• Good Customer service & interpersonal skills
