Job Description


  • Coordinate logistics for workshops and events e.g., venue bookings, catering requirements, set-up.
  • Pack materials for events and workshops and send materials to facilitators/clients.
  • Coordinate and track shipment of materials and keep management and customers updated.
  • Maintain quality and reliability throughout the logistic processes
  • Enter data into computer system using defined computer programs
  • Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
  • Preparation e.g., printing, lamination, packing and courier of materials to clients
  • Monitor stock-level for relevant products/items and propose reordering in a timely manner
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Display high adaptability in a fast-paced environment and maintain professional phone/ social media etiquette.
  • Carry out adhoc assignments that the company may need support in from time to time.
Requirements
  • Have a valid driving license and own car for transport
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and error spotting.
  • Able to pack materials, manage boxes and luggage for transport and shipping.
  • Forward thinking – identify potential risk and problems if possible, and seek solutions beforehand (e.g., customer clearance time, additional documentation required etc.)
  • IT savvy
