Logistics Coordinator ($3500 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Defining plant boundaries and available surrounding land/storage/staging areas.
- Draw up master site plot plan showing all logistics requirements, including facility siting, movements, sequencing & up-keeping.
- Identify, secure & set up in-plot/off-plot/outside Bukom lay-down arrangements, fabrication yard etc
- Identify location and come up with process for setting up stores and receipt/issue protocol, procedures and record keeping.
- Identify location and come up with process for water washing & chemical cleaning bays (water supply, drainage & access).
- Come up with transportation plan between TA activities, warehouse & workshops to ensure timely delivery & collection of goods.
- Receiving on site, locating, protecting, distributing, and disposing of - material, consumables & proprietary items; tools & equipment; vehicle & carnage; services & utilities; facilities.
- Organize required site infrastructures for TA /Events - meeting rooms, carparks, TA war-room setup, permit counters, tool-rooms.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of SAP, power point and excel. Excellent computer skills is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
