Position Summary
This position is responsible for the preparation of operations documents, timely updates WMS and provide support in general logistics administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the
movement of warehouse cargo
\xef\x82\xb7 Liaison with trucking contractors for local deliveries
\xef\x82\xb7 Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and
expenses.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.
\xef\x82\xb7 Update WMS on Cargo Status.
\xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries
\xef\x82\xb7 Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.
Qualifications Summary
Experience:
This position requires minimum 1 year relevant experience in logistics industry.
Education:
Minimum \'O\' level
Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Good customer service and communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
