• Preferable equipped with proficiency in transportation and warehouse management systems

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the warehouse operations consists of shipment receiving, inventory management and outgoing shipment preparations.
Improvise warehouse operations handling by continuous engaging with other departments to evaluate gaps and implement solutions.
Facilitate training pertaining to new products handlings or compliance awareness to warehouse team.
Evaluate and formulate process workflow, allocating workplace layout and ensure productivity achieved the service standard requirements.
Sustain a safe and healthy working environment by administering standards and procedures according to legal regulations.
Manage the manpower resources efficiency, inspect, and ensure handling equipment tools are in well maintenance conditions.
Oversee the logistics management of transportation arrangement, communication with internal departments to ensure order delivery excellence.
Manage the Marine Agency customer service team \xe2\x80\x93 Crew change coordination, Vessel in/out clearances, Permitting, Spare parts supply arrangement.

Requirements:
Diploma or relevant certificates
Preferable with 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a management role
Proficient in logistics and warehouse management processes and policies
