Support the export/import/sales manager and cover his/her duties in their absence. Attending to phone calls and email enquiries on Air/Ocean freight for both FCL/LCL Bookings. Preparation of Booking confirmation, Bill of Lading, insurance, invoices and pre-alerts for oversea agents. Liaising with the shipper, carriers, co-loader, transporter and warehouse for the transfer of cargo from the supplier's warehouse to the stuffing warehouse. Coordinating or negotiating rates agents/carrier/co-loaders on the export rates. Data entry of various shipment information into the system. Working/supporting closely with the Sales and operation team. Manage and maintain smooth daily operations. Requirement: 2 years of experience in freight operation experiences in logistics industry.
