Job Description
- Develop new business in all sectors including ocean, air, warehousing, transportation, not limiting.
- To expand company brand name in the market.
- To develop and manage existing customers.
- To provide weekly sales visit schedule and prepare sales visit report for every customer visit.
- To prepare a monthly sales pipeline/sales forecast for General Manager.
- To prepare quotation for all customers including overseas customers.
- Work closely with Operations Department to procure the right rates, set up customer SOP and conduct briefing to all other departments involved before the start of shipment.
- To make visitation to the customers for both corporate and potential customer.
- Follow up effectively and efficiently on all customer enquiries, tenders, shipment and information requests as well as ensure prompt response to internal stakeholders
- To prepare a monthly gross profit report and shipment volume report.
- To assist the Finance Manager in chasing for bad debts.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree preferably in Business or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with at least 5 years of Sales experience.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving ability, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
