About the Roles

We are seeking a Logistics/Shipping Coordinator (Import & Export Documentation) to join our team in Aljunied, just 8 minutes' walk from the MRT. This permanent, full-time role operates on a 5.5-day work week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (one Saturday off per month). The position offers a competitive salary package, including a basic salary and performance bonus, providing an excellent opportunity in the wholesale trade industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage all shipping documentation for both import and export operations. Track shipments and provide timely status updates to internal teams. Coordinate daily logistics activities with freight forwarders, agents, couriers, and transport providers. Prepare, verify, and review shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy. Provide general administrative support to the shipping and logistics team. Take on additional related duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

A diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Previous experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination is preferred. Familiarity with import/export processes and regulatory requirements. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant logistics/shipping systems.
