About the Roles

We are looking for a Logistics/Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Aljunied, just 8 minutes' walk from the MRT. This permanent, full-time role offers a

competitive basic salary

. You will work 5.5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with one Saturday off each month).

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and oversee all shipping documentation related to both import and export activities. Monitor and track the status of shipments, providing timely updates to internal teams. Coordinate daily logistics with freight forwarders, agents, couriers, and transport providers. Prepare, verify, and review shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy. Offer administrative support to the shipping and logistics team. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Prior experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination is preferred. Familiarity with import/export processes and regulatory requirements. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/shipping systems.
