Logistics Specialist (sap, Finished Goods, In House Role)

Job Description
- In-house Logistics Experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Working Location: Macpherson MRT, 5 Days
- Liaise and communicate with 3PL warehouse in to ensure that transportation activities, including storage of goods.
- Work closely with the local forwarding agents to ensure shipment arrives on time based on the correct incoterms.
- Coordinate deliveries for import shipments to the requestor / designated location.
- Handle warehouse management activities like onsite physical count, discrepancy, purge notice, time sensitive materials, etc.
- Support inspection/ replacement request for damaged materials.
- Monitor 3rd party warehouse and local forwarding agents' performance KPI.
- Prepare and submit billing statement.
- Ensure that all the endorsed delivery orders are submitted on time.
- Manage defective parts returns, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare all shipping documents for DG defective parts returns.
- Assist on any other matters assigned by the Logistics Supervisor.
- Diploma in Logistics or related with min 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience using SAP system preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
