IRC221989 \xe2\x80\x93 LOGISTICS SPECIALIST At Eni, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist within Versalis Singapore in Singapore, Asia. You will be responsible for liaising with contracted freight forwarders, warehouses, and sales offices to ensure products are dispatched in accordance with Customer Services requirements.
As a member of the logistics team at Versalis Singapore you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with warehouses and communicate to Customer Services any anomalies verified with the relevant Production Units.
• Monitoring Agreements ensuring Purchase Orders are raised as required.
• Liaising with Group companies with respect to transport contracts, also ensuring that listed freight fares and costs are well managed in company\xe2\x80\x99s management systems.
• Processing Service Entries for warehouse, logistic and packaging services received in an accurate and timely manner.
• Supporting the Manager in preparing the annual logistics budget considering the annual sales forecast, transport flows by road and sea containers, the requirements for transport warehousing services and the costs for the distribution.
• Following up customer complaints, putting in place corrective actions to prevent recurrence and reporting such activities within Company IT systems.
• Participating in the preparation of the annual logistics budget.
• Providing information, feedback and reporting relating to transport and warehouse services.
• Supporting the Manager in Contract Management post-awarding activities in reference to the company\xe2\x80\x99s internal procedures.
• Providing upon focused initiatives, service auditing on suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 facilities to assess contract and Company\xe2\x80\x99s provision requirements on Quality and reliability of the supplier over company\xe2\x80\x99s service standards.

• Min. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• experience in Logistics and Customs operations
• Good knowledge of Office suite
• Previous knowledge of SAP system
• Proficient in written/spoken Chinese and English
• General Knowledge of any other APAC region Customs special regulations other than Singapore will be a strong plus (e.g. India, China, Vietnam...)
