Job Description

Our client a comprehensive brand management company is looking for a Logistic Specialist to be based in Singapore. Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for customs clearance declaration, qualification filing, policy acquisition (including tax preference) and other matters related to local trade business;
• Be responsible for the collection, management and archiving of purchase and marketing contracts, customs declaration materials and business materials related to international trade, so as to ensure that relevant trade / customs declaration materials meet the basic requirements of trade compliance;
• Follow up the shipping and arrival plans of key batches of goods, and work closely with agents / service providers to effectively solve the problems of arrival difference, goods damage, port inspection and so on in the process of international logistics port customs clearance, and be responsible for the end-to-end delivery timeliness;
• Participate in the optimal design of trade links between multiple countries in combination with warehouse, customs, distribution and other factors;
• Assist in following up the policies and regulations related to customs, trade and market access in overseas markets such as Europe, U.S. and Southeast Asia.

• Preferably relevant working experience in health foods and supplements & premium skincare and cosmetics is highly preferred.
• Familiar with international trade process, with working experience in international logistics, customs declaration, import and export related fields;
• Have a strong willingness to learn, be rigorous and organized, be able to work under pressure, quickly adapt to changes and be willing to accept challenges;
• Communicate with customers in China, Australia and other countries;
• Comfortable to be in a start-up environment;
