Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x8b

Provide guidance and order management support to Sales and Customer Care Teams, as well as Service Logistics and Manufacturing Sites.

Working knowledge of all processes used within the Logistics Team to accomplish their objectives, and ability to provide capable back-up to other Team Members during high-activity periods, vacations, or as needed.

Manage PKI - Business specific functional training, guidance and direction to 3rd Party Logistics Service Providers throughout Asia in the operation of a full-service distribution centre.

Provide specific functional training, guidance and direction, as required, to other Logistics Team Members throughout Asia, and to functions that interact closely with Logistics.

Analysis and implementation of cost and efficiency initiatives across the Asia Pacific Logistics function of PKI.

Participate as part of larger team, key digitalisation and improvement projects.

Handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business/Materials Management/Logistics or equivalent.

2 to 3 years of experience in Logistics / Materials Management.

Strong knowledge of SAP and proficient in MS Office applications.

Knowledge of import/export policy and tax regulations and strong knowledge in the management and function of warehousing / DC Management.

Able to handle fluctuations in workload and activities as they evolve.

Good team player with a willingness to learn and take on new initiatives.

Ability to multi-task and influence decision making processes and activities.
