Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in coordinating of project
- Ensure adherence to quality standard and health safety regulation
- Oversee management of maintenance work at site
- Inspect facility periodically to determine problem and necessary maintenance
- Prepare weekly/monthly maintenance schedule and allocate work
- Recruiting, supervise and training maintenance technician
- Ensure facilities are in good and safe condition at all time
- Supervise tradesman duty installation, repairing or maintenance
- Monitor inventory of material and equipment
- Reliable
- Great eye for details
- Technical skill and knowledge of various craft
- Leadership
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling
- Understanding of budget and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
