to provide full administrative and business support while working closely with the Sales Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage GM's diary, meetings, travel, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
Liaise with Sales, HoS, and stakeholders; maintain records and compliance tracking.
Support sales team with offers, templates, CRM updates, dashboards (Power BI), and project files.
Coordinate training programs and manage related budgets.
Oversee office administration including reception, supplies, vendors, travel, and staff engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Business Administration or MBA in Sales/Marketing.
2-3 years' experience in PA, Sales Support, or Administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
* Highly organized, adaptable, and confident in managing senior stakeholders.
