The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following - 1) Examination operations
- Manage end-to-end examination preparation and processing.
- Prepare examination materials - booklets, etc.
- Prepare and set up department examination venues.
- Review marks and uploading of final marks into system.
- Maintain examination reports and examination paper archival.
- Handle queries and administer students exchange programme.
- Handle queries.
- Manage assessment process.
- Maintain project and marks tracing
- Manage project work assessment process and marks tracking records.
- Handle queries
- Organize annual graduation lunch
- Update medals list on the website.
- Preparation of student feedback.
- Maintain records and reports.
- Circulate reports to graduate tutors/part-timers/non-NUS staff.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 'A' Level or Polytechnic Diploma holder, with two to three years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication, liaison and organization skills.
- Competent with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Willing and ready to learn new software.
- Service oriented with ability to multi-task and undertake challenges.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Meticulous and has a positive work attitude.
