University Health Centre (UHC) set up under NUS, is a holistic healthcare provider for the NUS community. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team under UHC to provide quality clinic and administrative supports; patient care related duties and excellent customer service to our stakeholders
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Perform cashiering duties and reconciliation of daily collections.
2. Perform counter duties including appointment scheduling, registration of patients, medical check-up, etc.
3. Answer telephone calls and deal with enquiries appropriately.
4. Track and file medical records and reports.
5. Perform other clinic and administrative supports, or ad-hoc departmental projects/activities as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• GCE "O" Level / ITE / Diploma Holders.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in Healthcare setting will be advantageous
• Strong passion to serve patients.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
• Independent, meticulous and good team player.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
