- Support the programme admissions and academic matters of Masters programmes (coursework) in OMPLLE.
- Responsible for all programme admissions and administrative processes under the Masters programmes, such as reviewing and processing programme applications, issuance of programme offer letters, handling of student matters (e.g. student cards, student requests, etc.).
- Responsible for all administrative processes on academic matters such as exams, programme commencements, etc.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to ramp up productivity and operational efficiency.
- Exhibit and promote positive customer service practices to continuously improve students’ experience.
Qualifications
- Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of related working experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent coordination and organization skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Strong team player who is meticulous, resourceful, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented and ambiguous work environment.
