To assist the programme and business operation teams with programme administration and marketing related activities.
Duties & Responsibilities 1. Work closely with programme and business teams on the design, production and upgrading of marketing collaterals (print and digital)
2. Maintain and update websites including site migration; and manage social media channel
3. To project manage event and outreach activities
4. IT project (eg. User Acceptance Test) and other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
5. To track and monitor programme budget categorical spending limit
6. To assist with research budget virement and administration matters
7. Internal and External customer service support promoting positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant work experience
• IT Savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Web Development and Design
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Patient, proactive and resourceful
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Comfortable in working with numbers and finance background
• Open to Fixed Term contract
