Brands Under Management: Xin Mei Xiang Zheng Zong Lor Mee Key Responsibilities: . Directs food preparation and collaborates with the Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef. . Manages cooking station. . Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies. . Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition. . Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards. . Prepares food properly. . Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment. . Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the kitchen. Job Requirements: . 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment in a restaurant setting is a plus . Should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment especially when the business demands are high
