JOB SUMMARY This is a 6-months Management Trainee (Kitchen) Program. A fast track to becoming our next Kitchen Supervisor (LeadingCook)/Assistant Kitchen Manager/Kitchen Manager through our structured training. As a Management Trainee, you will be trained on-the-job in the full spectrum of Kitchen Operations. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to ) maintaining smooth running of kitchen operations, food preparation, staff roster planning, stock management, ensuring quality and adherence to operations standards and procedures.

• Adhere to SOP on the preparation of food and provide guidance and training to rank & file staff
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety of the counters/cooked food station at all times.
• Assist in ordering and receiving ingredients and supplies. Prior to ordering, check the inventory levels of the ingredients and supplies under his/her care beforeordering.
• Perform stock count for monthly closing inventory.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by superior.
• Maintain and adhere to 5S standards.
• 6 working days/week (44hr per week)

• Possess at least a Degree in any disciple.
• Strong management and leadership skills for leading and motivating others
• Relevant kitchen experience in Japanese Restaurant will be advantageous.
• Able to perform shifts and work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Good organizational, planning and multi-tasking abilities.
