Job Description
Assists the Restaurant Manager in the supervision of the daily activities of the restaurant particularly in the areas of staffing, stocks and supplies, inventory and floor management.
- College graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Management/ Tourism/ Food and Beverage Services/ Business Management or the equivalent course.
- Able to lead a group, motivating staff to achieve operational goals.
- Can communicate effectively and confidently.
