Overall Job Objectives:As a Management Trainee,

you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of the business. You will gain hands-on experience in key operational functions and receive mentorship from senior leaders. This role is intended for individuals with high potential who are eager to develop management and leadership skills, aiming for future leadership positions or on a

Managerial Track.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in daily wellness studio operations, including class scheduling, client registration, and front-desk support Ensure excellent customer service by handling client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly Staff management Coordinate with stylists, therapists, and beauty artists to deliver smooth and high-quality sessions Support wellness events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance client engagement Monitor studio upkeep, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards Learn inventory management, including ordering and tracking wellness products or supplies Participate in training programs to develop leadership, operational management, and client relations skills Prepare basic reports on client attendance, service feedback, and operational performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Finance) to align operations with business goals Contribute ideas to improve service delivery, client experience, and operational efficiency

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Strong interest in pursuing a management career. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented, strong teamwork spirit with leadership potential. Willingness to work on weekends or shifts depending on operational requirements. Can speak Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese will be an advantage, but is not required.
