SummaryAs a Management Trainee, you report to the Outlet Manager and Supervisor. You are responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager in all aspects of the operations of the store. At Udders Ice Cream, it is not about pointing your fingers and getting the staff to do things. Our managers and supervisors pride themselves on being hands-on and winning the respect of the staff members.Main Duties and Responsibilities- Taking of orders, preparing and servicing Ice cream, waffle and beverages.- Cashiering / collection of payments.- General cleanliness of the dining area including floor, furniture and fittings.- Ad- hoc duties assigned by the Management.Personality & Competencies- You are not afraid of hard work- You are keen to learn and improve- You want to be part of a small, fun and growing business- Friendly, enjoys interacting with customers, hardworking and responsible
