Management Trainee
Job Description
Requirements: . Assist Manager to oversee daily operation and hygiene of the outlet. . To assist with serving food; . Ensuring the food preparation areas, counter & sitting area are clean and hygienic; . Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately; . To assist with clean-up of the kitchen; . Operate kitchen equipment such as auto-griller machines for cooking purposes; . cashiering; . Night cleaning (Off day also have to come back to do cleaning) . Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.Management Trainee: . 6 days work week. Off day not fixed. Able to commit on Weekends & Public Holidays. Working hours minimum 12hours (include 1 hour break)Working Locations: . Takashimaya. Bugis Junction. Bishan Junction 8. Paragon. Tampines Mall.
