Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee store operations. Understand and adhere towards company policies, protocols and processes
- Lead and supervise the crews for operating the bubble tea shop and snack bars , including food kiosk
- Ensure that the store has adequate manpower for daily operations through effective and efficient roster planning and manpower deployment
- Maintain guidelines of food preparation to ensure that desired quality and standards are achieved
- Coach staff in providing excellent service experience to all customers
- Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines
- Ensure business profitability by maintaining brand standards, executing marketing programs, expense control
- Check on the incoming deliveries from the suppliers and give necessary feed back the director
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree on Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years experiences required in Store/Retail Operations.
- Excellent communication skills, managing a team and customers serviced oriented.
- Resourceful, strong negotiation skills and able to work independently.
- Physically fit to run errands & load/unload goods
