Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee store operations. Understand and adhere towards company policies, protocols and processes
  • Lead and supervise the crews for operating the bubble tea shop and snack bars , including food kiosk
  • Ensure that the store has adequate manpower for daily operations through effective and efficient roster planning and manpower deployment
  • Maintain guidelines of food preparation to ensure that desired quality and standards are achieved
  • Coach staff in providing excellent service experience to all customers
  • Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines
  • Ensure business profitability by maintaining brand standards, executing marketing programs, expense control
  • Check on the incoming deliveries from the suppliers and give necessary feed back the director


Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree on Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years experiences required in Store/Retail Operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, managing a team and customers serviced oriented.
  • Resourceful, strong negotiation skills and able to work independently.
  • Physically fit to run errands & load/unload goods
