Management Trainee :
An opportunity to learn and grow within the company
:
Undergo training of Crew (Production & Service).
Acts as a model for crew members by setting the pace and implementing FSC standards.
Communicates suggestions to improve store operations to the Management Team.
Assists the Manager-on-Duty (MOD) in floor control activities by leading crew members in the specific areas assigned to him/her.
PRODUCTION AREA :
Lead and guide the kitchen crew in the proper implementation of standards.
(Grill / PC, Pantry, Fry/ Fries, Back Up, Soda)
DINING AREA :
Bussing, cleaning activities in the dining.
Utility Room and external areas of the Store.
Ensures availability of clean trays at the counter.
Leads and guides crew to attend to customer seating.
ASSIST THE MOD IN PERFORMING, LEADING THE CREW :
Opening procedures to prepare stations for business.
Closing procedures to prepare store for end of day operations.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in similar industry
Some experience in F&B QSR industry
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift
Self-motivated and self-directed
