The Miclyn Express Offshore (MEO) Management Associate Programme is designed to allow associates to discover their talents and strengths and develop new skills, preparing them for future success through challenging work and continuous learning opportunities.

There are two programmes available to help you attain your potential:

Management Associate
Programme Features

• 24-months' structured programme
• Commence on a Full-Time role with a clear career path
• Job rotations within the key functions in MEO Group including an attachment in one of our Business Unit
• On-the-job learning & structured training path to support learning and growth
• Strong engagement and support from the Senior Management
• 1 to 1 mentoring by our Senior Leadership Team

Management Associate - Finance
There are two possible management career tracks, financial controllership and business partnership. This is specially designed to nurture accountancy and finance graduates to take on senior roles quickly after three years.
Programme Features

• 3-year foundation programme in Finance Operations
• Commence on a Full-Time role with a clear career path
• Job rotations within the key functions in MEO Group Finance including an attachment in one of our Business Unit
• On-the-job learning & structured training path to support learning and growth
• Strong engagement and support from the Senior Management
• 1 to 1 mentoring by our Senior Leadership Team

Job Requirement
Management Associate

• Fluent in both conversational and written English
• Degree in Business/Engineering/Accountancy & Finance
• Good internship experience and appraisals is advantageous
• Driven and self-starter
• Interpersonal skills and team-spirit
• High-Orientation for results
• Open-minded and high adaptability
