Job Description

- Managing ground crews by ensuring all work duties and day to day store operations from cash counting, to controlling of the hygiene and housekeeping of outlets are properly followed and complied. - - Managing ground crews by ensuring all work duties and day to day store operations from cash counting, to controlling of the hygiene and housekeeping of outlets are properly followed and complied. - To supervise crews in all opening & closing of outlets by regions and a implementing proper SOP and work structure command (chain of command) . - Conducting in-house Training & Development of all new arrivals in the outlet you are managing with proper guidelines set by the management. - Doing cross checks with other outlet managers with mystery shoppers and identify any potential bottlenecks and negative experience. - Ensuring all crews have excellent (CAYG - Clean As You Go) cleanliness and tidiness in workstations by enforcing strict discipline and zero tolerance to bad hygiene practices. - Conducting monthly forcasting of stocks & audit record keeping. - Coordinating of upcoming corporate bulk orders and managing relations with 3rd party logistics Requirements: . The potential management trainee must be willing to work on public holidays & weekends when required. Shifts will be allocated across 5.5 days per week, on rotating shifts. . Candidates with prior Food & Beverage (F&B) industry experience with basic hygiene food certification will be a plus point . . Excellent interpersonal relationship with ability to deliver excellent customer service experience. . Self motivated, independent and driven attitude and a multi-tasker under a fast paced environment, and able to work independently with little supervision. . Proactive and can-do attitude with avid interest to learn . Able to commence work immediately and within short notice period will have your CV prioritized . Minimum 12 months commitment .
