Ensuring that the retail stores are well merchandised, viz. maintaining adequate inventory levels, tidiness, cleanliness, adequacy of marketing collaterals and literature, etc. Rostering and managing of retail staffs to ensure their work is done properly and efficiently. Ensuring that the retail staff is attending properly to customers' inquiries, feedback and complaints. Promoting and achieving satisfactory level of sales through excellent customer service, good product knowledge, honesty and integrity. Being well-informed about the benefits of health supplements, health foods, natural/organic personal care and household cleaning products. You must be knowledgeable about VitaKids' product range. You are expected to constantly improve your knowledge about natural health and remedies. Taking on any additional leadership or managerial responsibilities as may be assigned by us.
