Management Trainee : An opportunity to learn and grow within the company : - Undergo training of Crew (Production & Service). - Acts as a model for crew members by setting the pac Management Trainee : An opportunity to learn and grow within the company : - Undergo training of Crew (Production & Service). - Acts as a model for crew members by setting the pace and implementing FSC standards. - Communicates suggestions to improve store operations to the Management Team. - Assists the Manager-on-Duty (MOD) in floor control activities by leading crew members in the specific areas assigned to him/her. PRODUCTION AREA : - Lead and guide the kitchen crew in the proper implementation of standards. (Grill / PC, Pantry, Fry/ Fries, Back Up, Soda) DINING AREA : - Bussing, cleaning activities in the dining. - Utility Room and external areas of the Store. - Ensures availability of clean trays at the counter. - Leads and guides crew to attend to customer seating. ASSIST THE MOD IN PERFORMING, LEADING THE CREW : - Opening procedures to prepare stations for business. - Closing procedures to prepare store for end of day operations.
