Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: F&B/ Restaurant
- Position Title: Management Trainee
- Working Location: Central Singapore
- Working Hours: 6 days (10.30 am - 10.30 pm, with 2 hours break in between), 1 off day a week
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of preparation of food and inventory levels of the kitchen.
- Ensure all operating standards comply with company policies.
- Use hygienic practices for food safety.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Supervisor.
- A Bachelor\'s Degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays as and when needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
