Working Hours: 6 days (10.30 am - 10.30 pm, with 2 hours break in between), 1 off day a week

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of preparation of food and inventory levels of the kitchen.
Ensure all operating standards comply with company policies.
Use hygienic practices for food safety.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Supervisor.

A Bachelor\'s Degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays as and when needed.
