Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist, and deputise for, the Operations Manager in the smooth daily activities of the central kitchen, workflow and worker schedules
  • Strengthen profitability, maintaining food quality and upholding good service standard
  • Responsible for managing a team of operations workers
  • Responsible for operations, manpower planning, scheduling and quality service
  • Responsible for enforcing hygiene & safety requirements
  • Enforcing of Rules & Regulations, company policies and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are being followed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
  • Proficient in verbal Mandarin and/or Malay
  • Highly motivated self-starter, takes initiative
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to exercise good judgement and sound decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience in F&B industry is an added advantage
  • Degree holder
