& Requirements
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards.
  • Supervise staff during operations.
  • Manage junior staff and assist other managers
  • Setting targets and analyse sales for the month as well as to assist with administrative duties.
  • Responsible to ensure that the service standards of the restaurant are met by all staff
  • Speak to customers and be prepared to deal with any problems or customer feedback
  • Handle customer complaints during Manager's absence
  • Handle non-halal food
  • To ensure a smooth and efficient shift.
  • Provide staff with support and training
