Job Description


The Manager, Airport Meet & Greet, leads a team of Supervisors and Ambassadors to provide meet and greet service for guests with pre-arranged hotel limousine at Changi International Airport during arrival and departure. The service is provided to ensure a seamless experience at the airport for guest and limousine driver. The Manager possesses excellent leadership qualities, is impeccably well-groomed and communicates professionally to manage the welcome service at the airport.

Day to Day Operations

  • Assist the Associate Director, Luxury Hotel Services, to carry out all operational activities.
  • Manage operations according to organizational operating procedures, policies and service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless guests\' experience.
  • Review manpower allocation according to operational needs.
  • Respond and resolve any guest feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • As and when required, support Ambassadors with meet and greet service.
  • Engage with guests and offer any assistance if required by communicating to respective Hotel Operations team.
  • Provide additional support to Transportation team at the airport to enhance the guest welcome experience, providing a sense of luxury and importance to each guest.
  • Recommends and effectively promotes relevant services across the integrated resorts that are in tune with the guests\' preferences.
  • Conduct daily briefing to ensure valuable information and updates are shared among team members, including updated property information.
  • Prepare reports as required by Management.

  • Implement Marina Bay Sands Workplace Safety and Health Policy practices.
  • Ensure team members are complying to all policies and guidelines.
  • Report workplace accidents in a timely manner.

  • Be a mentor to guide TM on their career development.
  • Establish learning and development plans and opportunities to enhance work performance.
  • Create a conducive working environment that inspires the team and cultivate OneMBS culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification
  • Minimum GCE O/N Level.
  • Certificate/Diploma in hospitality management from a recognized institution is an advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in a management role of a large-scale integrated resort.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to operate and successfully arbitrate in a complex international, multicultural environment.
Competencies
  • Proficiency in the use of Property Management System and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly articulate in English and any additional language is an advantage.
  • Outstanding guest relation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning, execution, time management, organizational, communication and motivational skills.
  • High attention to details.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent planning and executive skills.
  • A team player and takes initiative to assist other Team Members when required.
