Airside Safety is responsible for the implementation of safety policies and processes at the airside of Changi Airport in compliance with CAG's Safety Management System and aviation regulations. As a member of the Airside Safety team, you will oversee the effective implementation and sustenance of safety programmes and policies, and coordinate closely with our partners in the aviation industry to align our efforts in maintaining high safety standards at Changi Airport. You will be responsible for providing on-site response to airside incidents, reviewing incidents to determine root cause and contributing factors, making recommendations to strengthen the processes or systems to prevent recurrence, collecting and analysing safety data and communicating lessons learnt to stakeholders. Requirements: . Good degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience . Experience and knowledge in aviation safety or workplace safety would be advantageous . Excellent communication and writing skills
