Job Description

We are looking for highly talented, analytical, and motivated individuals to join the Airport Operations Policy team to shape the future of key airport operations markets at Changi.

You will be responsible for Changi Airport Group\'s licensing approach, perform market studies, develop policies and strategies, and conduct engagements with operational partners. All with the aim of enhancing the efficiency, competitiveness, and effectiveness of these critical airport markets, to preserve and advance Changi\'s position as the world\'s best airport.

Licensing Policy & Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive licensing strategy for our key operational partners at Changi, covering crucial areas such as ground handling, aviation fuel, catering and aircraft maintenance.
• Track licensees\' overall performance against agreed KPIs and propose follow-up measures with licensees on approaches to strengthen their performance.
• Conduct negotiations relating to new or renewed licences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including operational units, government agencies and key operational partners.

• Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the aviation industry.
• Study possible new solutions for optimising airport services based on market insights and global best practices.

• Good Bachelor\'s degree, preferably with at least 3 to 6 years of work experience in policy work, licensing, regulation, and/or economic/financial analysis
• Independent and self-motivated
• Strong skills in critical thinking, problem-solving and communication are essential
• Experience in quantitative analysis is an advantage
