Roles & Responsibilities
- The candidate should have accounting qualification - Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years local working experience preferably in audit firm, law firm, corporate service providing company or any other similar professional firm
- Must be fluent in english speaking/writing
- Should be able to handle full set of accounting independently
- Should be able to prepare Financial Statements as per SFRS
- ACRA compliance - should be fully conversant with preparation of FS in XBRL formats, routine and specific filing of documents with Biz File
- Preparation and maintenance of all secretarial records
- Tax Compliance - Preparation of Tax Computations, submission of ECI and Tax Returns with IRAS portal
- Should have pleasing personality with desired inter personal skills
- Should be able to communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Preparation and maintenance of routine Due Diligence / KYC documents for clients
- To liaise with audit firms, law firms and other professional firms required
- 5 days a week working..
- To actively participate in Internal/External Training
