Job Description


:

\xc2\xb7 Developing a marketing comms framework and 360 integrated marketing plans including above-the-line, below-the-line and always-on presence, as well as complementing on-ground activations to educate and activate the target audience;

\xc2\xb7 Managing internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration in formulating marketing strategies for the promotion and uptake of client\'s health promoting programmes, anchoring the strategy formulation on data and insights, to contribute to programme KPIs;

\xc2\xb7 Planning and implementing go-to-market strategies including marketing activation leading to the achievement of desired outcomes and targets;

\xc2\xb7 Managing appointed creative, media, event management agencies and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality and innovative campaigns for the targeted audience;

\xc2\xb7 Social media community management including moderation and replies to comments, organisation of social media contents, management of user generated content;

\xc2\xb7 Optimising brand recognition, user experience and awareness of marketing initiatives among target audience;

\xc2\xb7 Planning, monitoring and managing campaign budgets to ensure cost effectiveness, achievement of campaign deliverables and improvement in marketing ROI;

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring, evaluating and reporting campaign performance, providing analytical and strategic assessments, for continuous improvement;

\xc2\xb7 Performing administrative duties including procurement, budget monitoring, financial duties, business review of agencies/vendors, etc.

Working Arrangement:

Location: Near Outram Park

Salary: TBA

Working Hours: Monday to Fridays (office hours)

Qualifications and Experience:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications

\xc2\xb7 3-8 years of experience in managing and executing integrated communications and marketing in a B2C environment;

Skills Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Able to design and create creative content proficiently

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with digital marketing and website building

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with social media community management

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal, networking and influencing skills;

\xc2\xb7 Able to present and interact confidently across the organisation and with external stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Strong organisational, project management and multi-tasking abilities;

\xc2\xb7 Strong collaboration, team orientation and skilled in working within a cross-functional matrix environment;
