Reports to the Centre Director and takes the lead in managing certification programmes and projects to liaise with external partners and government agencies on course, programme and funding related matters
Work with faculty members to coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of certification programmes and projects
Liaise with internal departments and external partners/agencies on course, programme and workshop logistics, schedules, meetings, etc
Plan, organise and oversee assigned duties at workshops, internal and external events and overseas study trips for course and programme participants
Oversee recruitment activities and interviews for course and programme participants
Liaise with course writers and developers on course and programme development matters
Manage programme and project related budgeting matters
General administrative duties such as collation and management of data, preparation of reports and information updates, supports open house and student orientation activities
Job Requirements
Degree holder, preferably with Masters, and at least 5 years relevant working experience in a senior position
Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
Good project management skills
Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiatives
Motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment, task and action-oriented
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
