Job responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications plans in line with the PESO model (paid, earned, shared, and owned)
• Drive positive media coverage, seek opportunities to maximise positive exposure for the Group and its leadership
• Work effectively to deliver upon strategic media relations plans including pitching of stories and features to drive earned media coverage.
• Develop PR content and deliverables (key messages, talking points, media pitches, news releases, bios, fact sheets, speeches, presentations, etc.)
• Develop good working relationships with target business and trade journalists, and maintain media lists and contacts
• Proactively source and curate stories for external and internal audiences
• Develop content for digital media including corporate website and the intranet and collaborate with the internal and digital communications teams on execution.
• Support corporate collateral development such as brochures and videos
• Arrange and oversee video and photography shoots to achieve desired outcomes
• Work and support corporate functions and businesses on marketing comms efforts, including collaterals, publicity/booth content at tradeshows and events
• Contribute to project management of exhibitions/trade shows and customer surveys
• Help drive community outreach, engagements, and activities

Requirements:
Job requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in a large, global and matrix organisation.
• Experience in a PR agency is an advantage
• Strong project management capabilities
• Strong command of English and excellent writing skill
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Comfortable with managing a variety of projects
• Posses the ability to develop compelling content for various audience and channels
• Experience in supporting issue management.
• Experience in managing customer surveys, tradeshows, and events.
