Job responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated communications plans in line with the PESO model (paid, earned, shared, and owned)
Drive positive media coverage, seek opportunities to maximise positive exposure for the Group and its leadership
Work effectively to deliver upon strategic media relations plans including pitching of stories and features to drive earned media coverage.
Develop PR content and deliverables (key messages, talking points, media pitches, news releases, bios, fact sheets, speeches, presentations, etc.)
Develop good working relationships with target business and trade journalists, and maintain media lists and contacts
Proactively source and curate stories for external and internal audiences
Develop content for digital media including corporate website and the intranet and collaborate with the internal and digital communications teams on execution.
Support corporate collateral development such as brochures and videos
Arrange and oversee video and photography shoots to achieve desired outcomes
Work and support corporate functions and businesses on marketing comms efforts, including collaterals, publicity/booth content at tradeshows and events
Contribute to project management of exhibitions/trade shows and customer surveys
Help drive community outreach, engagements, and activities

Job requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent
At least 6 years of relevant experience in a large, global and matrix organisation.
Experience in a PR agency is an advantage
Strong project management capabilities
Strong command of English and excellent writing skill
Excellent written and communication skills
Comfortable with managing a variety of projects
Posses the ability to develop compelling content for various audience and channels
Experience in supporting issue management.
Experience in managing customer surveys, tradeshows, and events.
