Job Description
Overview
Responsible for translating AH Mission Statement "We redesign healthcare with and for humanity" into plans and action
Responsibilities
- Growing Alexandra Hospital's private patient volume and load to ensure sustainability
- Support the continuous redesign of our Care Model to meet the needs of our patients, our community and our country
- Work with stakeholders across all internal and external agencies to ensure Alexandra Hospital establishes herself to be one of the top hospitals in Singapore and beyond
- Bachelor degree preferably in Health Sciences or Business Management
- Minimum 6 years of experience working in any of the following areas:
- Supporting Corporate Planning or Business Development in large organizations
- Design Thinking, Agile Project Management and/or Lean Management is preferred
- Experience in facilitating large scale improvement/innovation projects
- Experience in Healthcare is preferred
- Project management and Stakeholder Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
