Responsibilities * Develop and implement Educational programmes that align with the Education, Research and Conservation (ERC) strategy of the S.E.A. Aquarium/Singapore Oceanarium. * Foster part Responsibilities Develop and implement Educational programmes that align with the Education, Research and Conservation (ERC) strategy of the S.E.A. Aquarium/Singapore Oceanarium. Foster partnerships with schools/institutions, corporations and government agencies to drive collaborations that support the breadth and depth of the Educational programmes aligning with the goals of the S.E.A. Aquarium/Singapore Oceanarium. Coordinate and supervise a team of educators to deliver immersive world class Educational learning journeys. Manage the S.E.A. Aquarium/Singapore Oceanarium's interpretive media to educate, raise awareness on threats to the marine environment and inspire the wonder of our oceans to all guests. Where appropriate, to engage in conferences and events, to share and showcase S.E.A. Aquarium/Singapore Oceanarium's education efforts. Conduct and present Educational programmes and tours when necessary. Requirements Degree in a related discipline, preferably a higher study in Education, Social Sciences, Biological Sciences and/or a relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of work experience with proven leadership role. Experience in Educational pedagogy and curriculum development will be an advantage. Work experience in an established aquarium or zoological facility is desirable. Candidates with related experience in a diverse educational setting will be considered. Competency in a second language and experience in engaging different groups of stakeholders will be advantageous. Creative, passionate and engaging with a strong sense of team work.
