We are seeking a Manager, Employee Value to join the Singtel People Transformation team. This person will be responsible for delivering an experience journey that is consistent with Singtel\xe2\x80\x99s employee value proposition (B.I.G, or build the employee\xe2\x80\x99s sense of Belonging, create Impact and contribute to the employee\xe2\x80\x99s Growth) and to bring the Singtel employer brand to life. The ideal candidate is someone who has built deep expertise and excellent track record in managing employee experience initiatives in a high-growth company. This role will be required to partner frequently with the broader People & Culture (P&C) Teams, the Talent Acquisition team, and key collaborators from across the business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and map the employee experience journey and to identify key moments that matter to employees during the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage the onboarding process. This will include designing and organizing on-boarding activities to orientate new employees to the company, support them in their first 3 months as they learn to navigate the company, and to facilitate the building social networks for these new employees.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to achieve the intended outcomes identified in the employee experience journey map. These may include working with internal communications team to drive internal messaging for employee lifecycle activities.
  • Solicit and analyse employee feedback, e.g. via surveys and/ or focus group discussions, to determine effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of the employee experience activities to bring Singtel\xe2\x80\x99s purpose \xe2\x80\x9cEmpower Every Generation\xe2\x80\x9d, mission, and values to life and contribute to strengthening the Singtel employer brand.
  • Participate, as required, in Singtel Group Purpose & culture work-related projects.

The The ideal candidate should have/be:
  • A general degree with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, and IHRP certification is a plus
  • A systems thinker who can see the inter-connectedness of things and know how to manage projects across different stakeholders
  • Able to organize and manage events
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom
  • Familiarity with applications that promote interactions (e.g. Kahoot, Mentimeter) and content creation such as those related to video creation, and design will be a major plus
  • Independent worker who is comfortable to work with different stakeholders such as, business leaders, subject matter experts, People & Culture business partners
  • Possess a strong drive to succeed and thrive against challenges
  • Enjoy a fast paced, dynamic, multi-national environment
  • May require to work beyond normal office hours especially during the conduct of events
