Job Description


Job Purpose

You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be driving sales and cultivating new revenue streams as per company standards and expectations.

The shortlisted candidate plays a critical role in maintaining full occupancy of the Office and membership acquisition from companies and enterprises for the APAC region. You will ensure that sales targets are met, while driving growth and promoting the brand.

This position requires a high level of rigour and integrity, and a passion for revenue growth, brand building, structure and details. A proven track record in sales and leading a team is key. The shortlisted candidate must enjoy being part of a fast-moving and dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Drive Business Growth

  • Work seamless with the Operations and Marketing team to leverage efforts to drive sales on digital platform and in Staytion centres.
  • Be systematics in lead generation and creation of activation programs, and collaborate with Operations team to ensure that quality leads are sourced and followed-up with promptly.
  • Directly responsible for the company\'s revenue
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company\'s sales goals
  • Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
Be the Pillar
  • Carry out sales activities, tours and developing strategies to increase occupancy, enhance members engagement and team members satisfaction
  • Be the local expert responsible for all/any compliance with local regulation and practices
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Passionate about sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Have prior experience in a sales and business development related role (preferably in co-working)
  • Gets excited about working with numerous people across cultures day to day
  • Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and good work ethics
  • Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional track record for building major account relationships from the top down.
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, multi-task, delegate and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a \'can do\' attitude
  • Finds it easy to bridge corporate and start-up culture
  • Minimum 5 years of field sales experience
