Leading a team to manage a maintenance portfolio. This could include housekeeping, building maintenance, mechanical or electrical systems.
Ensuring the systems under your charge are well maintained, faults are rectified in a timely manner and carrying out EOL and improvement works as required.
Managing internal and external stakeholders like tenants, contractors and colleagues.
Proposing and managing upgrading, A&A and minor repair works to our facilities.
Developing and supporting initiatives to improve user satisfaction, as well as the efficiency and productivity of IFM operations.
Requirements:
Good Degree/Diploma in Estate or Facility Management, Real Estate, Property Development, Engineering or equivalent related fields.
Demonstrated experience in managing teams and systems in a similar environment.
Self-starter with good interpersonal, project and stakeholder management, communication skills with a positive and growth mindset.
Good critical thinking, writing and presentation skills.
